This company had an existing website that they were not happy with. They wanted it redesigned, incorporating a more user-friendly content management system and an existing property search facility.

The requirement for this site expanded to include the development of a new property search facility, which incorporated the functionality of the existing one, whilst making improvements in certain areas.

Louis Stephen

January 2010

Louis Stephen is the Green Party's parliamentary candidate for Worcester. He's also standing for the city council. He wanted a blog website on which he can give prospective voters more information about himself and the Green Party.

The main priority with this blog website was that it needed to be set up as quickly as possible. As a consequence of this and the nature of the website, the design was relatively simplistic.

Norton Loft Ladders

The purpose of this website is to advertise the products and services that Norton Loft Ladders offer. It is a content managed site that allows them to add, remove or update products, as well as other aspects of the website.

Malvern Lesbian Group

Malvern Lesbian Group wanted a content managed website that would promote the group to a wider audience. The design aim was to focus on the landscape of the Malvern Hills and to incorporate a rainbow triangle logo.

Inspiring People

Inspiring People are a consultancy and training company specialising in customer service. I completely redesigned their existing, rather dated website, incorporating specific design requirements concerning colour and the flower logo.

Worcestershire Guild of Designer Craftsmen

The requirement was to redesign and host the existing Worcestershire Guild website. It was important that members could have their work displayed clearly within the site and that new images could be added easily. The content management system that this site was built upon allows this as well as other requirements, such as random images at the top of the page that link directly to a members page. The look of the site was also important and I worked closely with the Guild to produce a clear, crisp site that they are very happy with.

Ben Stevens Acupuncture

The requirement was to build a content managed website advertising Ben's acupuncture practice. The design goal was to have a relatively simple site with a few subtle, calm colours. Ben is very pleased with the result and has received many favourable comments from people who have seen it.

The requirement was to build a content managed site to advertise the services that this business, based in Worcester, provide. Specific requirements included logo design, having a rotating image and a latest news feature both on the home page.

Classic Yacht Brokerage

This company had an existing website that they were not happy with. It has been redesigned, incorporating a content management system. The content management system includes an area advertising the boats for sale, with the client able to add details of the boats, including images.

Sage Manufacturing Network

July 2009

The requirement was to build a content managed site that allows four levels of access. The first level is available to everyone, whilst the other three require user login. In addition, forums are required within the latter three levels. The purpose of the website is to provide useful information to users and providers of Sage Manufacturing software.

I've used Drupal for the content management of this site, since it allows the different levels of access that this site demands. The website incorporates a number of features, such as a registration form linked directly to a direct debit site, ad banner management, twitter plugin and more.

Riggidy Jig

Riggidy Jig are traditional children's songs performed by Steve, Nicola and their two children. The purpose of this website is to promote and sell (via PayPal) their music online. Samples of some of their songs have been added, so that people can listen before they decide to buy.

Nicola and Steve had a strong idea about how they wanted their website to look. I worked closely with them to turn this idea into a practical, useable website.

June 2009

This company had an existing site that needed a major redesign. Importantly, they needed the new site to be up and running within a week. Working closely with the clients I was able to produce a professional looking website within the timescales.
